Police say Nicholas William Marks had sex with the victim, who gave birth to an extremely premature baby in March 2011. The baby later died.
If convicted, Robert Russel Terrell, 22, could face up to five years in jail.
Michael Walter Felixberger, 51, is charged with a felony count of fleeing a police officer after his Oct. 2 incident.
Police say Cody Jonathan Luiken and Schuyler Keaton Brook broke into a home while its owner was in the hospital and stole jewelry, which they apparently intended to trade for methamphetamine.
