Editor's note: This is a weekly series called "Pet of the Week" where we feature a companion up for adoption from Dakota County animal rescues.

Diesel is a darling, 12-week-old, yellow lab mix. He will likely top out around 40-45 pounds full grown. 

He has had his first puppy shots, been dewormed, frontlined, and has a HomeAgain microchip. 

Diesel is being fostered in Lakeville for a Happy Hound Rescue and is doing very well in his foster home. He will need someone home much of the time to continue his training. He is crate trained and working on housetraining.
