Joyce Marie Thamert, of Mendota Heights, passed away Jan. 16, 2013 at the age of 46.

"A special thanks to all those who cared for Joyce over the years; you are truly appreciated," Thamert's family wrote.

She is survived by her parents, Bob and Barb Thamert; sisters: Jean (Thomas) Levandowski and Jody Thamert; niece and nephews, Emily, John, and Paul as well as other loving relatives and friends.

A mass of Christian burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 26, 2013 at Church of the Risen Savior in Burnsville. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. on Friday at White Funeral Home in Apple Valley and one hour prior to the service at church on Saturday. Interment will take place at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Owatonna.
