Minute with the Mayor: Tim Mahoney to Play Lilydaze

Lilydaze is just around the corner, and Mayor Anita Pampusch has a big musical act to announce.

This year, the festival will be held from 11-6 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 15 in the River Bluffs Shopping Center

Charlie Maguire "The Centennial Troubadour"; The Paula Lammers Jazz Combo and local band "i with us" will kick off the day. Tim Mahoney and Band will headline, playing in the late afternoon.

Ms. Pampusch, When are you going to do something about the terrible watershed's in Mendota Height's.? They smell, they look green and slimly, It cannot be good for the little creature's living above and below the 'Stink" They are getting worse every year! I know what a watershed is and what it's purpose is, but this cannot go on. Will you be the one to champion a campaign to FINALLY take a stand and do something about this. It is an Atrocity to the community of Mendota Height's. Thank-you Karen J. Anderson

Just to be clear, Anita Pampusch is the mayor of Lilydale, though I believe it is all the same watershed.
