The Mendota Heights City Council is scheduled to meet at 7 p.m., Tuesday, Aug. 21 at Mendota Heights City Hall.

The meeting will be preceded by a workshop to discuss the 2013 budget.

Settlement of an assessment appeal by a resident of Wagon Wheel Trail is included on the consent agenda.

On the regular agenda, the council will be reviewing the bond sale for 2012 street improvement projects.

Relocation of a portion of Interstate Valley View Trail northeaast of Highway 110 and Dodd Road onto public land is set to be reviewed.

A proposed deer management plan is the final agenda item of the night.
