West St. Paul police were investigating a fatal shooting late Friday night, according to published reports.

The Star-Tribune and Pioneer Press were reporting Friday night that officers found a man with a gunshot wound in a driveway in the 900 block of Ohio Street at about 8 p.m. Friday.

The man later was declared deceased at Regions Hospital in St. Paul, according to both publications.

No one was in custody late Friday night.
