Jake Mauer, Twins Affiliate Manager, Speaks at Tommy Chicago's Feb. 21

Patrons at Tommy Chicago's can hear more about the sports they love from leaders both on and off the field as part of a special Tuesday night series to benefit the Mendota Heights Athletic Association.

Jake Mauer, a baseball Gulf Coast League manager, will be speaking at Tommy Chicago's on Tuesday, Feb. 21. 

Mauer is the manager for the Fort Myers Miracle, a Class A affiliate of the Minnesota Twins.

Mauer is speaking as part of a special Tuesday night series to benefit the Mendota Heights Athletic Association. 

Ten percent of sales on Tuesdays will be donated to the MHAA baseball program for development, extra equipment and to help pay for tournaments, said Mike Magnuson, both a co-commissioner of MHAA and the owner of Tommy Chicago's.

Last month's speakers were Tracy Claeys, defensive coordinator for the University of Minnesota and Ray Hitchcock former Gopher and Washington Redskin.
