Brief: Linder's Flower Mart Returns to Mendota Plaza

The Flower Mart will operate into the fall to test a new seasonal concept.

A Linder’s Flower Mart is once again planned to operate at Mendota Plaza this growing season, with an opening expected around April 15.

The location will test out a new extended season this year, staying open until the end of October to sell seasonal inventory like mums and Halloween decor in the fall.

The Flower Marts usually close in mid-July.

Five of the 52 locations will be trying out the new fall concept, according to Linder’s Division Manager Ciao Cella, who spoke to the Mendota Heights City Council on Tuesday.

“We think that Mendota Heights is a very good location for this test,” said Cella.
